These two adjacent counties are located in Central New York State.  VMC provides Mobility Management Services that monitor transportation Operations, safety, cost and customer relations for these two counties.

Challenge

Because of the close proximity of these two counties the compatibility of the passengers and the overlap of destination points, a “ride sharing” initiative was instituted.

The initial and on-going analysis service has reduced transportation cost by 5%
